Sandie is a co-founder of athletic mind and is a lead facilitator and account director.
Sandie’s passion for horses and her background in training and competing these wonderful animals has led her to develop enviable skills in human performance development, motivation and confidence building.
Sandie has an infectious personality and she injects high energy and fun into everything she does. All of which makes for more enjoyable experience!
Dave, aka “The Prof” has vast experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of training programmes for mid-size to large organistations.
Dave’s extensive knowledge of theories, principles and methodologies is nicely balanced with an engaging and relaxed style of delivery that really gets the message understood.
Dave’s unassuming nature makes him fit in perfectly well with all levels of an organisation from junior managers to senior executives. His passion for music makes him an ideal teammate in a pub quiz and watch out if he’s brought his guitar he might just get you singing!

Mark is a very experienced facilitator who’s earned his stripes working in many different industries including banking, retail and hospitality.

Mark is a keen angler and if he’s not in the training room or office he can easily be found by the nearest river or fishing lake!
